22 Jun The Pudding People and COVID-19
We’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about how The Pudding People are coping with COVID-19, and what steps we have taken to eliminate any possible spread of infection. Fortunately we haven’t had to make any major changes.
- All deliveries are being made with social distancing in mind – there is no direct contact with any of our deliveries, and all delivered goods (boxes) are being wiped over with sanitiser before being put into storage.
- The number of staff working has been reduced so that social distancing can be maintained in the premises.
- All staff are required to use sanitiser before starting work for the day, as well as the use of rubber gloves and face masks
- None of our staff are having direct contact with any of our courier companies. All outward deliveries are being collected with no face to face contact.
We are regularly in contact with all of suppliers to ensure that they remain covid free, and that there is no risk of contamination from deliveries. Staff are reminded that they should only be attending work if they are well, and have not been at any risk of being in proximity of anybody with the disease.
At this stage we are confident that there will be no disruption to our business, and that all the necessary steps are being taken to ensure that we can continue to fulfill all orders as required.
